About Ilan’s Raw Chocolate


Ilan’s Raw Chocolate was founded in 2015 by Ilan and Merav Rosenblit in a kibbutz near Nazareth, in northern Israel. Driven by experimentation and innovation, their raw chocolate workshop is dedicated to meet the needs of health conscious dessert lovers and the adventurous tastes of the modern day "foodie".

In 2018, Ilan met Cebastian Hilton, now current partner of the US production of Ilan's Raw Chocolate, on a tour in Israel. Cebastian understood the unique quality and potential of raw chocolate.

After many conversations and a deepening friendship, it was decided that learning Ilan’s unique hand-tempering process in Cincinnati, OH would be the most effective way of bringing it into the US market. Ilan and his wife, Merav, came to Cincinnati for in-depth training in 2018 to teach the US team the intricacies of this small batch, hand-tempered chocolates from high quality, naturally healthy ingredients.

As the years have progressed, we have deepened our partnership and continue to develop this one-of-a-kind chocolate for anyone to enjoy.

About Our Chocolate


We are committed to organic, vegan, preservative-free and nutritious ingredients. We import our Criollo cacao paste and cacao butter from an organic, fair-trade farm in the Peruvian Amazon. Its fruity taste and soft texture is unmatched in other dark chocolates.

Made from Ilan's unique recipe and produced in micro batches to ensure quality taste and texture, our chocolate is a healthy, rare treat for the most discerning of chocolate-lovers. Ilan’s Raw Chocolate is also Kosher certified under Cincinnati Kosher.
